Who I am

Mupstack is a web services business operated by Lee Murray, based in Dublin, Ireland. When this policy says "I" or "me," that's Lee.

What data I collect

When you use the contact form on this site, I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name (if provided)
• Your phone number (if provided)
• The service you're interested in
• Your message

I also collect your IP address when the form is submitted, solely for spam prevention and rate limiting.

Why I collect it

I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss how I might help your business. That's it.

Who I share it with

I don't share your personal data with anyone. I don't sell it, I don't pass it to marketing platforms, and I don't use it for anything beyond responding to your enquiry and, if we work together, delivering the service.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry data for as long as it's useful for our communication. If we don't end up working together, I'll delete your details within 12 months unless you ask me to remove them sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Analytics are handled by Umami, a privacy-friendly tool that collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and does not track visitors across sites. The data it collects (page views, referrers, device type) is anonymous and aggregated.

The only external resources loaded by this site are Google Fonts (typography) and Umami Analytics. Neither sets tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what data I hold about you
• Ask me to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie)
